Senior Advisory

• Review PowerPoint with class (created from Teacher Lesson Plan below)
• Put students with a partner for the beginning questions
• Read through slides before presenting so you will know how to add information for each slide
• Read article out loud with students What's the Price Tag for a College Education?
• Review how students can pay for college
• Ask students to bring devices tomorrow (smart phones, laptops, etc.) so they can research the cost versus benefit of going to college
  

Tuesday (Overview)

• Students will need devices to search the Internet for costs of college (can work in pairs)
• Review SAMPLE Student Handout below with students so they can see how to complete
• Give students handout
• Students will research a career and a college to determine whether attending college is beneficial for them
